The focal point of Villa Indah Manis is the open-sided living pavilion. With its vaulted bamboo-lined ceiling, glass walls at both ends, whirling fans and two huge chandeliers it is a great place for dining (the table seats 10) or lounging. The pavilion opens onto the pool terrace , alfresco dining table and perhaps the best place to enjoy the view, the aptly named sunset bar.

Underneath the living area, at lower ground level, are the entertainment areas – spa with jacuzzi and massage beds, fitness room, media room with home theatre, petanque court, dartboard and open-sided games room with pool table.  The fifth guest room (Lotus) is also housed down here, furnished with twin beds and sharing a bathroom with the adjacent spa.

The remaining four bedrooms are housed in three pavilions in mature Balinese gardens behind the living areas. The prime spot is taken by the master bedroom pavilion, Kamboja, with a king bed and patio doors that fold back to enjoy the commanding views from a furnished terrace. It's indoor/outdoor (partly air-conditioned) ensuite bathroom and dressing area is huge and includes an exotic circular bathtub with overhead shower. Set back slightly is Jempiring, a pavilion with twin beds that convert to a queen bed and two additional sofa beds – a great place for the kids. A two-storey pavilion behind this houses the Alamanda and Cempaka rooms – both king-bedded. Alamanda also features a door-screened annex, called Melati, with sofas that convert to two single beds for kids. Upstairs, Cempaka features a pleasant terrace with views over rooftops and out to sea. Most bathrooms have a natural garden setting (Cempaka and Lotus have indoor bathrooms) and are fitted with showers and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Cempaka and Kamboja also come with TVs and DVD players.

Adjacent to Villa Indah Manis but under the same management and staff is Villa Bulan Madu (meaning 'Honeymoon'); an independent villa with a bedroom, living space and private plunge pool. Whilst it does have a separate entrance it links through to Indah Manis' gardens to create a roomy six-bedroom villa (additional cost).
