Entity.Villa Villa Amanzi is part of a long-established (2003), peaceful, gated, residential estate with particularly lush landscaping, and villa guests have access to the estate’s clubhouse, with fitness centre and tennis court.  Just five minutes’ walk from the villa is Mom Tri’s Kitchen – a famous Phuket restaurant – while both Kata Noi and Kata Yai beach are about a ten-minute walk away (although this does involve a steep descent and therefore an equally steep climb to get back home!). Kata Noi is the quieter of the two beaches and fronts the Katathani Phuket Beach Resort.  The resort occupies most of the bay but for a handful of modest tourist shops, mini-marts and local restaurants on the small access road behind it.  It’s a short drive (3km) to Kata Viewpoint, a popular Phuket tourist spot known for its fabulous sunsets, and a 20-minute drive north takes you to the bustle of Patong Beach – the island's busiest tourist area packed with food, shopping and entertainment options.

Key Amenities :
Karon Beach
Kata, Phuket, Thailand
One of Phuket's most popular beaches, Karon is alive with sun worshippers, speedboat and jet-ski rental operators. Even so, Karon's wide swathe of fine golden sands allows for a windswept, lonely feel even at the height of the tourist season. During the monsoon season months swimming can be dangerous so be sure to heed the red-flag warnings. Impromptu beach volleyball games are regularly played in the late afternoon on the quieter north end.

Kata Beach
Kata, Phuket, Thailand
With glittering soft sands and a shallow bay, Kata Beach is where families seeking fun in the sun set up camp on the sands. In the calmer months of November-April, many enjoy snorkelling or floating on the glassy surface, while the bay is taken over by surfers seeking wave action as the southwest monsoon rolls in. A playpark next to Club Med offers more adventures for the wee ones.

Kata Noi Beach
Kata, Phuket, Thailand
Quieter and smaller than Kata Beach, Kata Noi, literally "Little Kata", is a pretty bay just around the cape to the north of Kata. Snorkelling, swimming or simply lounging on the sand are the main activities here.
