At Villa Lulito, four dazzling white pavilions framing an azure pool fuse 21st century elegance with a nostalgic tropical flavour.  Here, you can settle into planter-chair and parlour-palm comfort in a choice of living pavilions, all of which are dedicated to your absolute contentment.  The swimming pool is large, deep blue and tempting; with a timber deck on two sides furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortably cushioned daybeds shaded from the sun by a pair of sail-like canopies.  The nautical connection is picked up again in the high-roofed, white-panelled garden pavilion, where the blue sails of a model schooner bring a splash of colour.  The other two open-fronted pavilions are multi-purpose, one adjoining an immaculate feature kitchen and offering a corner table for a leisurely breakfast or a casual lunch, while the second shares its lounging space with a more formal dining area and a cosy TV corner.  Here, framed vintage travel posters extol Bali as an enchanted travel destination, pink and white orchids ornament tabletops, and potted fan palms complete the tropical-colonial feel.

At any time of day you can escape to the privacy of your cool white-panelled bedroom with its bamboo four-poster bed (or custom-made bunks in the case of the kids’ room) TV, DVD player and ensuite bathroom.

During your stay at Villa Lulito a team of professional staff is on hand to look after your every need. The house menu provides suggestions for your dining pleasure and meals are prepared daily by the villa chef who is skilled in the arts of both Western and Asian cuisine.  The villa is ideally suited for families or groups of friends looking for a haven at the heart of the action.

Villa Lulito has an enviable position at the centre ofthe upmarket Oberoi area of Seminyak, and is just a five-minute walk from Petitenget Beach.  Heading out of the villa by foot in either direction will take you past five star hotels and other luxury villas, cafes, restaurants, shops and spas.   A short taxi ride along the same street opens up a wider world of gourmet delights with some of Bali’s, and indeed Asia’s, best restaurants, bars and beach clubs close by.

Villa Lulito comprises four gleaming white, colonial-style buildings framing a 14-metre swimming pool – three single-storey living pavilions and one double-storey building housing the villa’s four bedrooms.

At one end is the garden pavilion, its timber-panelled walls and white wicker daybeds dedicated to comfort and relaxation.  Opposite is another open-fronted pavilion comprising a comfy sitting area on one side and a dining table (ideal for breakfasts and casual lunches) for eight on the other.  At the back is a feature kitchen and service counter and behind this is the staff service kitchen.  An intimate corner in the garden offers alfresco dining at a circular table for eight. 

The main living and dining pavilion runs the length of the pool, fronted by three sets of doors that can be folded open to the pool or closed for air-conditioned comfort.  At one end of the pavilion is a formal dining table for 10 , in the centre a deeply cushioned sofa faces the pool and courtyard, and at the far end wicker armchairs and another comfortable sofa are positioned around a large satellite channel TV/DVD player.

Either side of the villa entrance, on the ground floor of the two-storey pavilion, are two air-conditioned guest bedrooms, each one a mirror image of the other, with a magnificent bamboo four-poster bed, a TV and DVD player and a fitted wardrobe.  Each has a private bathroom with a walk-in rainshower.  Upstairs, a covered balcony runs the length of the building, furnished with plumply cushioned wicker armchairs that look down at the pool.  Leading off the balcony is the elegant master bedroom with its grand four-poster bed, TV/DVD player, sizeable dressing room, and a huge air-conditioned bathroom with a freestanding tub for two and a walk-in shower.  Accessible from both the balcony and the dressing room is the kids’ room with four custom-built bunk beds and the option of an additional queen-size bed or twin beds (on request and at extra charge).  Here, the ensuite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.
